Evaluation of Pregnancies with Pre-existing Hypertension and Diabetes

The complications in pregnancy can happen due to diabetes and hypertension which may affect the mother or fetus. Objective: To evaluate hypertensive diabetic pregnant women detect associated risk factors complications. Methods:The research was a cross-sectional method of study, conducted over 4 months from December 2021 March 2022 private hospital Gujranwala, Pakistan. A sample size 50 considered as per convenience. data analyzed using SPSS V20 software. age patients minimum 18 years maximum . scan done greyscale type 2D Mindary ultrasound equipment. written consent form also taken patients. Results: results showed that 15(30%) were presented with mellitus, 32(64%) has 3(6%) both mellitus. included low lying placenta placental abruption 1(2%), polyhydramnios oligohydramnios 1(2%). Microcephaly found 1(2%) hydrocephalus seen 2(4%). Fetal abortion 7(14%) only have chance having fetus abnormalities whereas most them normal birth 43(86%) no Conclusion: In conclusion, majority mellitus birth, but some face difficulties such intrauterine fetal mortality, congenital defects still
